The Paternal Woes Arc is the fourth arc in Kodocha. It goes from Chapter 9 to Chapter 11 in the manga, Episode 11 to Episode 13 of the anime. It's preceded by the Rei and Asako Arc, and followed by the My Daughter and I Arc.
Akito Hayama's dad is rushed to the hospital after he coughs up blood and passes out. Meanwhile Tsuyoshi's parents get a divorce.
