The Kanzenban Edition of the Kodocha manga (sometimes called the Second Edition, or Collectors Edition) was released throughout 2003.

- The kanzenban edition prints full color spreads in color, unlike the tankōbon edition and bunkoban edition which convert them to black and white.

- The kanzenban edition has more chapters per book, therefore less books overall. Though the bunkoban edition retains the same format in this regard.
- The books in the kanzenban edition are also physically larger. With the books being A5 size (148 mm [width] × 210 mm [height], 5.8 in × 8.3 in). See size comparison between other editions below.
- This edition also features looks at Kodocha merchandise, and other Kodocha illustrations Miho Obana did.
