Mizu no Yakata (Mansion of Water) is a side-story of Kodocha written by Miho Obana. It's the story Sana and Naozumi act in during Kodocha (Chapter 23 - Chapter 28 / Episode 55 - Episode 62). It was published following the conclusion of Kodocha.

In the author's notes of Chapter 51 of Kodocha, Miho Obana explains: "My next project is a long one-volume story called "Mansion of Water." It's my version of the movie that Sana and Naozumi appeared in! But remember although the characters are played by Sana and Naozumi, it's not them! Its Hiroto and Mako, so don't get confused!"
