Ryousuke believes him to be spying on him in hopes of killing him if he slips up on his debt. This is also what convinces Sana to help him. He appears to have a gun throughout, and therefore easily hold Sana and Zenjiro in their places. However, it turns out to just be a comb. His partner is Piiko Hishoyama, the secretary, and Bosurou Bosude, is his boss.
